You don’t need to have it all together to lead a Small Group—you must be willing to let God use you. We believe God uses Small Groups to change people’s lives, and as a leader, you get to be a part of that.
NEW TO LEADING A SMALL GROUP?
We have a few steps that you need to take before leading a group.
Meet with a Small Group Coach to start your group off strong. During this meeting, you will:
Begin developing a crucial mentoring relationship with your coach
Receive a gift for your small group
Review your leader application
Walk through how to manage your group on the Groups portal
Ask any questions you may have when leading a group
