At Church of the King (COTK), we believe that our journey in growing to be more like Christ is best when experienced in community with others. One of our values as a church is “Spiritual Family” – where you can know others and be known. That’s why we encourage everyone to become part of a COTK Small Group. We present four “types” of small groups through the acronym A.C.T.S. (Action, Care, Topical and Sermon Based). Each of these small group types is explained in more detail below, and each description includes a link where you can check out the different groups that are ready to welcome you as part of the family.

Are you wired to “do”? Do you enjoy working alongside others to make the world a better place? Are you naturally drawn to opportunities for fun and fellowship? When someone says, “Let’s roll!” do you think, “Count me in!”. Suppose that sounds like you, then a COTK Action Group might be the perfect fit. In alignment with our value of “Excellence,” Action Groups at COTK are as diverse as those who form them, following their God-given interests and passions while building lasting relationships with like-minded people.

Sometimes, life isn’t a smooth ride. If you are in a season where you need to experience healing in the fellowship of others facing their own life challenges, then we suggest you check out one of COTK’s Care Groups. Aligning with our value of being “Life-Giving,” Care Groups are small, confidential, and intimate, led by compassionate and caring people who know where you are coming from because they’ve been there, too.
